Our free Email Update helps you stay informed about our upcoming courses and products.  

We send approximately one Email Update every four to six weeks, typically on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning around 10:00 am ET. Please click the links below to review sample email messages.

Our list is OPT-IN, which means, to receive our Email Update, you must sign-up or request subscription when you place an order or register for a course. We delete email addresses using yahoo and hotmail.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT rent, sell or share our email list with outside parties. We also do NOT rent, buy or use email lists FROM outside parties. We ONLY send our Email Update to individuals on our opt-in list. Click here to read our complete privacy policy. 

Unsubscribe instructions are included in each Email Update. Email subject lines includes our name, TheCapitol.Net, and the general period during which mentioned courses are offered. Emails are sent "From:" programs -at- thecapitol.net.
