password, and quick start guide before the course date. We encourage you
to test the connectivity of your computer/laptop prior to the course.
For online courses with print materials, we will mail
logon instructions and the course materials to you at your preferred shipping address (that you provided at registration) one
to two weeks before the course starts.
For online courses with electronic materials, we will
email the logon instructions and digital course materials to you at the email address (that you
provided at registration) approximately one week before the course starts.
