to us in writing. Attendee substitutions are at the discretion of
the course sponsor - include substitute's name, phone and email. Our date
change and cancellation fees are outlined below.

Briefings, workshops and seminars, spsonored, public, and custom, are off the record and not for attribution, unless specified otherwise. The resulting confidentiality ensures a frank and free exchange of views.
Unless
otherwise agreed to, the number of attendees at sponsored courses is
limited to 20 people.
A
Certificate of Training is available for
many of our sponsored courses. To get a
Certificate of Training,
the
program fee and any administrative fees must be paid in full, and you must attend the entire course.
Many of our
sponsred courses
are approved for
CEUs from George Mason University.
