These calendars ship flat in a square envelope. When the calendar is
removed from the envelope, it "pops up" into a 14-sided
polyhedron, approximately 3-1/2 inches tall.

conferences in 2001. After signing in, ask for your calendar at the
registration table. Available only while supply lasts.
