Revised Editions
When you buy a publication directly from
TheCapitol.Net, if a revised edition of that publication is published and
begins shipping within thirty (30) days of your
purchase, upon your request you can buy the revised edition for the difference in price of the
two editions, plus shipping and handling.
This does not apply if you purchase your
original publication from a bookstore or bookseller.
Shipping and
handling on both shipments is additional.
Example 1
March 26, 2010:
You buy, directly from TheCapitol.Net, the PAC Manual 2009, which is shipped to you on
March 26, 2010, retail
price $87 plus shipping and handling.
April 25, 2010:
TheCapitol.Net publishes and begins shipping the PAC Manual 2010, retail price $89. You
request the new edition.
Result: Upon request, you are sent an invoice for the PAC Manual 2010 for $2 ($89 less
$87), plus shipping and handling. To receive the new edition, simply return the invoice with your
payment.
Example 2
March 26, 2011:
You buy, directly from TheCapitol.Net, the Congressional Directory 2010, which is shipped to you on
March 26, 2010, retail
price $25 plus shipping an handling.
April 25, 2011:
TheCapitol.Net publishes and begins shipping the Congressional Directory 2011, retail price $25. You
request the new edition.
Result: Upon request, you are sent an invoice for the
Congressional Directory 2011 for $0 ($25 less
$25), plus shipping and handling. To receive the new edition, simply return the invoice with your
payment.
