Courses sponsored by TheCapitol.Net (TCN) and scheduled in Washington, DC, are cancelled because of bad weather ONLY when the federal government operating status in the Washington DC metropolitan area is "Federal agencies are CLOSED" according to OPM; otherwise they take place as scheduled.

If TCN cancels a course for any reason, TCN assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel or travel-related costs. TCN will attempt to notify registrants of a cancellation using the phone number and email address listed on their registration forms.
