We send approximately one Email Update every two to three weeks, typically on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning around 10:00 am ET. Please click the links below to review sample email messages.

Our list is OPT-IN, which means, to receive our Email Update, you must sign-up or request subscription when you place an order or register for a course.
