Our congressional update is held in January of every even-numbered year, at the start of the 2nd session of the current Congress.

Our expert faculty look at the second session of the 112th Congress in terms of leadership, membership, the 2012 elections, and the anticipated legislative agenda. They will also review and analyze the major legislative initiatives and accomplishments of the first session of the 112th Congress.

This is an elective course for the Certificate in Congressional Operations.
