Policies For this course, cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing to us no later than one week prior to the course. If the cancellation or transfer is made without this notice, an administrative fee will be charged for the cancellation or first transfer. If you transfer more than once, after the first transfer the administrative fee will be charged for each transfer, regardless of the transfer date.
